Return & Refund Policy

At Vasudev Oils, we take great care in packaging and delivering our cold-pressed edible oils. Since these are food products, returns are allowed only in specific cases mentioned below.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Share clear photos or video of package and product
• Provide your Order ID
• Replacement or refund arranged after verification

Return Eligibility

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Request must be raised within 48 hours
• Opened edible oil bottles cannot be returned for safety reasons

Refund Process

After approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

• Online payments → refunded to original method
• COD orders → refunded via UPI or bank transfer

Non-Returnable Cases

• Change of mind after delivery
• Product already opened or used
• Incorrect address provided by customer
